Demolition of the existing office building to create 161 bedroom hotel over 8 floors, including two basement floors. Development has delivered within Network Rail Grade III category due to proximity to the Network Rail infrastructure and rail trucks. we have also secured both, planning and finance on this project for our clients/partners.

The East London Hotel's concept has redefined the city's hotel paradigm, winning the 2020 & 2021 Tripadvisor Traevllers Choice Award. TELH has since sold and rebranded as Yotel London Shorditch.
